After spending some time as a psychiatric hospital marketing guru in Louisiana, John Morgan decided to skip out on them and turn to his first love -- comedy. Even though he's left the marketing field, John still puts his communication skills to good use touring around the country as a comedian and motivational speaker. He usually prompts quite a bit of laughter along the way. This talented and confident Cajun comedian gets bold when it comes to the hot issues, but never pushes them too far. John's acts are energetic and original -- and he'll be honest with you.

Industry turnout also was strong for JFL's annual "Masters" series of established stand-ups who have been on the circuit for a while but are still looking for their big break in film or TV. In that showcase, Ross Bennett, Bill Burr and Ted Alexandro earned particularly strong reviews from industry members and the general audience, with DC Benny and John Morgan also attracting attention.
